ESW Madrid

We were tasked with designing a 960 sq. meter CAT A Commercial Office space base in Madrid.

The design included a large section of workstations with the inclusion of flexible breakout areas for use as either hot desk areas or huddle zones, ensuring the space allowed for cross collaboration among teams.

The floor plan is broken up into two main areas, workstations to the right of the layout and to the left meeting rooms and a canteen / wellness area. Upon entry there is a central guest welcome area with purpose built booths which double as informal meeting areas for staff members. A large canteen links to an outdoor terrace creating a space that is warm and welcoming for staff, including a dedicated wellness room. Adjacent to the canteen area there is a large boardroom with stunning views of the business campus in addition to various sized meeting rooms.

The overall layout creates specific zones while still encouraging movement and collaboration throughout the space. We dedicated two large walls for murals which injects colour and vibrancy into the space. This was done in collaboration with a local artist, Sabek.
